Work Out!
Living an active and healthy life has always been very important to me. When I was in school I took part in almost every sport that was offered (swimming, gymnastics, soccer and basketball). Now that I am at University working out regularly has become part of my daily life. Whether it’s taking part in a class at the gym, doing yoga or pilates, running or walking I try to be as active as possible!
But I also enjoy being active with my family…
I LOVE skiing…
play golf in the summer…
go hiking…
go mountain biking or road biking …
or just hang out with my dog Sunny during long walks …
