If you’ve been following my blog for a while then you know that about once a year I dedicate a full post to it. I deliberately do not mention my eating disorder too much because I’d rather focus on positive things like cooking, baking or talking about my weekends in London.
However, I know that so many young girls struggle to become healthy and are dealing with the exact same things that I went through so I feel that it is important to reach out and offer advice.
If you know anyone who has issues with food or is currently trying to overcome an eating disorder, please share this video with them. And if anyone out there wants advice, then don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m always happy to help wherever I can.
