One of the things I can always eat, no matter if day or night, winter or summer is soups. Many people think soups are the absolute winter food and wouldn’t even think of of having them in the summer. While I agree that I especially enjoy bowls of hot soups in the fall and winter, I personally feel that soups can easily lighten up and boost any spring and even summer meal. It all depends on the vegetables you use.
On of my all-time favorite soups in Tomato Soup. My mom has a great recipe and the way she makes the soup it turns out to be a bowl of creamy deliciousness. The other day I was craving tomato soup and not knowing the exact ingredients my mom uses I still ended up with a reasonably good result 🙂
This is such an easy recipe and even though I didn’t come up with it entirely all by myself I thought I had to share it, because who doesn’t enjoy a bowl of flavorful tomatoes in a bowl? It’s best, served with some fresh baguette to dunk into the soup!
